“Love the top, however, I already buy larges and lately they've felt a bit tight. So I purchased an xl in this top and I was saving it for Christmas day! I removed the tag, put it on and I was swimming in it, so terribly I couldn't even wear it :( So I now have another top from here I cannot wear due to weird sizing. Beautiful top, I just wish the description stated it fits like 2 sizes larger than normal!”

“I purchased a Betsy Boo gift card for my college-aged granddaughter and that along with a few little cutesy novelties was her Christmas gift. Easiest gift purchase I ever made (so easy and prompt) for her and she was so thrilled that she was now able to do some sale shopping at HER store!!”

“This purchase was not up to the standards I have had in the past from BBB. First, it took a long time to get the Christmas themed outfit shipped to me, even though I pre-ordered it. Secondly, I was disappointed in the quality of the shirt. It was overly thin and fit strangely. I do not usually have difficulty with BBB fitting okay. It was too expensive for this quality.”

Hi Angela, We're sorry to see you were disappointed in your BBB Set purchase. Our Pre-Order items have delayed shipping dates, but we note that in the product description. We haven't heard from anyone else that the t-shirts fit strangely, so we are wondering if you had a defective shirt. It looks like you are still within your 30 days, so if you would like to reach out to customerservice@betsyboos.com and return it, you can certainly do so. We do want you to be happy with your purchase.

“I was a little disappointed in the shipping because I was a 1st time customer I ordered items for a special event and didn’t receive it on the date excepted but it was free shipping so...maybe next time I’ll just order a holiday T-shirt and maybe it will come on time. I did wear my items for a Christmas party and loved it.”
