“I absolutely LOVE this place! I really never buy myself anything but this place kept popping up on my Facebook feed. I absolutely loved every outfit that kept popping up so I finally checked the site out with a lot of wishing. I was thinking it all would be high priced but it was pretty decent pricing. Then I noticed also that you could use Afterpay so it was almost like I didn’t even pay anything. The past two weeks, I’ve done ordered 2 jeans, 2 shoes, 4 shirts, 1 cardigan & a belt... I have loved it all!! I placed another order today for one of the new BBB sets which had a dress, blue jean jacket & earrings. It was such quick delivery & they package it so lovely that it feels like my birthday every time I open my packages. Thanks BBB for boosting my confidence without breaking the bank!!”

“I love ordering from Betsy Boos. They have really good quality, boutique style clothing that fits true to size. The best part is when you open up the box, an it feels like a gift to me on how they package it so pretty. Also, the clothes and jewelry are always prettier in person than even on site. However, it would be nice to use more than 1 reward at a time. It helps me decide on how much I can purchase at one time. I have been ordering from them for over 1 yr now and am always very happy with my choices.”

“order #166930 HAPPY WITH MY NEW CAMO JACKET - THERE IS A SMALL HOLE ON THE LEFT POCKET, I DIDN'T REALIZE UNTIL AFTER I REMOVED THE TAG AND WORN IT FOR A COUPLE HOURS. I'LL STILL ROCK THE JACKET THO, NOTHING SOME THREAT CANT FIX ...”

“The clothes are nice but the sizing is off. I’ve bought two complete outfits and one piece will be true to size but the other will be too small. Doesn’t make sense to me. When you order the whole outfit all should be true to the size ordered.”

Hi Karen, We're sorry to hear the sizing was off on some of your BBB Sets. We try to be as descriptive as possible in our product descriptions and we do carry a variety of brands and styles. Some of our pieces are intended to be more fitted, some true to size, while others are oversized. We hope that if you find something doesn't fit as expected that you reach out to CustomerService@betsyboos.com to return/exchange for a different size or store credit. We offer FREE shipping if you return the item within 10 days and give you up to 30 days to return any unwashed, unworn items.

“Not at all what I expected for the price. I have paid less for better material. The jacket run smaller than usual and probably will give as gift to someone else b/c to big a hassell to send back. The earrings felt like they were made out of paper . The t shirt was ok”

We also feel we have a generous return policy compared to other boutiques in that we offer free return shipping within 10 days and send you the label to use along with our 30-day overall return policy for store credit.
