“I bought the sundown oversized jacket, super cute but didn't realize it's like cat hair and it sheds extremely bad. And the sleeves are oddly short. I had to give it to someone with short arms.”

Especially since you thought the sleeves were oddly short. “Will not order again. The shirt was the same as the cheaply made ones on amazon. The tank was tiny. Wasn’t long like shown. The scarf was ok but she’d all over the place. Very disappointed.”

“I ordered two of $15 secret Santa bags around Christmas. I received 2 tops that I would probably never pick out myself but love them! I have done the grab bags in the past and love the surprise and never disappointed. I always have great experiences with Betsy Boo’s boutique and love their fast and free shipping!”

“I am always pleased with my BBB items!! On a previous purchase I ordered multiple items. One shirt I mistakenly put the wrong size. As BBB was preparing the order they noticed and sent me an email to verify that this item was supposed to be a XS. NO! they corrected and shipped! LOVE BBB!”

We're sorry to see that you are disappointed with your purchase and that you aren't able to get a refund for your top. We are very upfront about our return policy, as it is linked to every one of our web pages, including the checkout page. We do issue store credit (which most people love...they can find something else and get another BBB package in the mail) that does not expire and has no exclusions. In comparison to other online boutiques, our policy is much better than most, in that we offer free shipping both ways & give you 30 days to return. Again, we apologize that you missed our policy before you made your purchase and hope that you find something with your store credit or donate it to someone who LOVES to shop here.

“I just purchased a sweater and tshirt set for the holidays, and the sweater ripped already!! I didn't even get to wear it for the whole day!! I'm so disappointed!!! I'm not a big person so I dont understand why it ripped!! It was not even washed. I wore it tight out if the bag it came in!!!!!!!”
