“I am glad I went to Betta living as I wanted bathroom,kitchen, and bedrooms refurbishment doing and from making my first appointment for quotes to be given on the work I wanted doing which I was happy with everything just fell into place. I asked them if everything could be done soon as possible and they have not let me down I've got 3 rooms done already and the last room is to be started at the end of the month I can't believe how quick things are happening. Everyone have been great with me and I can highly recommend Betta living to anyone who is thinking of having any work done in their house.”

“Beta living were flexible with the dates, and able to offer food payment alternatives. The furniture is good quality, it looks good, and it was fitted really well.”

“I was very impressed with the interest and speed at which my fitting was done. Everyone I was in touch with was extremely polite and helpful. To top it all the fitter Michael arrived on time and did a fantastic job. He didn't stop for a break and finished by 2.30 having started on the dot of 7.30. He was very polite and tidied up after he had finished. My husband was in awe of his workmanship and so was I. I would recommend Bettaliving living to everyone!!!”

“From my initial enquiry to the visit of our designer Anne Huckbert was seamless. The design was amazing and incorporated everything we asked for. Once the surveyor Adrian Ell had cast his expert eye over everything it was all systems go. The fitter Mark Hathaway contacted us to let us know what time he would be arriving 24 hours before and he was right on time. His workmanship was fantastic and he left our house spotlessly clean both days after finishing. I would highly recommend this team if you are looking for a professional job. “We had a bedroom suite fitted and it looks absolutely stunning, it doesn't look like the same room! Our original requirements couldn't be met but the surveyor was honest and made the change an easy decision. The fitters were absolutely brilliant, they came across 1 problem, gave me 2 options and helped me pick the right one. I'm sure other fitters would have walked away unable to complete the job! So impressed with the end result. Nowsaving up for the bathroom to be done. Thank you so much.”

“From the initial sales call via the surveyors visit and up to the fitting service I wish to say everything was first class, no negative comments whatsoever. The wardrobes themselves are of any extremely high quality so the price I paid was very reasonable. I would like to make a very special mention to Michael the fitter who was highly professional - extremely tidy, very understanding when I asked to change the size of the bedside units, completed the whole project in one day, even though the original quote suggested two, and most of all his work was of a very high quality. “I was very impressed with the initial consultation with Gizelle as I knew exactly what I wanted so it was quick and simple. Gizelle made a few helpful suggestions and ideas which we included in the plans. Paul the surveyor was prompt and efficient with the final plans. The delivery was prompt, quick and straightforward. Mel the fitter was prompt, arriving from Wales at 8am. He worked very hard all day until 4pm and finished the glass sliding wardrobes. He was polite, pleasant, professional, tidy and obviously an expert in his work. We are delighted with the work and would not hesitate to recommend Betta Living to family and friends as we were also recommended by friends. Many thanks Alison Mitchell B66175”

“(Martin Job No B65762) After visiting the showroom, we booked an appointment for a new kitchen with encore worktops, integral fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Having read some great and not so great reviews we were slightly worried and hoped for the best. The sales man did his job, the surveyor was brilliant, he offered some great advice which actually helped reduce the cost. The fitters from Varney Installations were friendly, hard working and clearly very experienced in fitting kitchens. We thought the service throughout the process was exceptional. Friendly and helpful staff and the whole process from beginning to end was professional. Wife and children really love their new KItchen. I would recommend this company.”

“They did what it said on the tin. The planner turned up on time, the surveyor turned up on time and the fitter turned up on time. The furniture is wonderful and the fitter did a sterling job and also cleared up after each day. I thought the service throughout the process was exceptional. Friendly and helpful staff and the whole process from beginning to end was smooth. I would recommend this company. I had bedrooms fitted and they really do look lovely. Thank you Betta Living you did yourselves proud.”

“Just had a new Kitchen and utility room fitted by Better Living - it looks absolutely amazing finish and quality are second to none we had Father and Son fitters who were just brilliant with us changing a couple of things from original design inclusive of unit placement, breakfast bar size and moving numerous electrical points all at no extra cost. So impressed it has transformed the most important room in the house - staff in shop were brilliant in choosing colour schemes and regularly allowed us to borrow doors to match with flooring and tiles, cannot praise enough.”

“Would like to say how pleased we are again with our fitted bedroom.this is the second room we have had done by betta living and we are very pleased with the finished product.From the customer service girl Chloe who made sure everything was done on schedule,to roz the designer and last but not least our superb fitter Martin everything was brilliant.We had Martin fit our first bedroom so we requested he fit this one.We were sent another fitter due to Martin being unwell but we politely refused him doing the work as we know how good and polite Martin is.I would highly recommend this company but if I were you I would request to use the 3 people mentioned above and you will have no problems at all,they are a credit to betta living,I sincerely hope they receive some kind of bonus as it's thoroughly deserved! “ilett B65751 I can't thank Ken and Tommy enough. From the moment they stepped into my house, everything was excellent!! They explained everything they were going to do and kept me up to date with progress. I had three bedrooms fitted and they worked long days, even ringing me to see if they could start a day earlier than planned which was perfect for me. I'm so pleased with my new bedrooms and how easy they made it. They did my room first as I requested so that I could start putting things back in, whilst they carried on with the other rooms. Nothing was too much trouble. Prior to that, the surveyor Ross paid so much attention to detail, and again explained the process and made suggestions. He made two follow up calls to me to check details. Have been so impressed with how courteous polite and hardworking they have all been. A big thank you.”

“Job no: B65643 I have been really impressed by the service from Betta Living. From my first point of contact with them to the fitting they have lived up to my expectations. They estimated my bedroom would be fitted within a month and it has been. The fitter, Lee Jones, was very courteous and did a fantastic job with a really high quality finish. He stayed late to finish the job which I really appreciated and left the room spotless.”
