We had a fitted Kitchen, fitted wardrobes to 3 bedrooms in october 2014 and have had nothing but problems(over £30,000 worth of goods) The coating on the wardrobe doors was coming off, when we contacted them in September 2016 we were told that these had been recalled(2 years ago) however did not contact customers to let them know. We were told that these would be sent out to us and fitted however in the meantime the company went bust(went into administration october 2016 and reopened as "we fit any furniture"-"my fitted kitchen ltd''my fitted bedroom ltd'etc we received a call november 2016 by the new company stating that the doors would no longer be supplied as stated but offering the replacement doors for a further£3000 as an extra cost. They were told to shove it! The 15 years Warranty and Manufacturers Guarantee was not worth the paper it was written on.We have been left with an incomplete Kitchen and Bedrooms with poor quality doors. We haven't had any refund or offers of refund after several months of emails and letters and now this company is trading again under a different disguise-"We fit any furniture"-"My fitted kitchen ltd''My fitted bedroom ltd'etc NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE CONMEN AND DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND DEFINITELY HAVE NO CONSCIENCE!!!

I contacted bettaliving to arrange an appointment for a quote on fitted wardrobes for my bedroom. Whilst arranging the appointment the advisor on the phone seemed disinterested and kept mentioning how 'expensive' the wardrobes would be, asking continuously 'is that going to be ok?' I was asked twice whether the property was council, and whether it was my parents property. After an awkward conversation where I felt belittled I decided that I was being overly sensitive and being 22 must sound young on the phone so decided to book an appointment anyway. The morning of the appointment arrived and the consultant 'Julie' was running late. Again, not an issue she rang and forwarned me so I waited for her to arrive. I shouldn't of bothered waiting around as when she did arrive she half heartedly measured where I wanted the wardrobes fitting (she didn't even measure the height) She then sat in my living room with a notepad and drew a few lines meant to resemble how I wanted the wardrobes. She then made up an excuse that because my space had a slanted ceiling she would need to ring her boss and check that she could do it, she proceeded to keep mentioning the word expensive then left my house to call her boss. When she came back she said that her boss wasn't answering so she couldn't help me further, that she would call me the next day and left. I wasn't surprised when she didn't call back the next day and I'm absolutely appalled that for some reason bettaliving have judged me because of my age from the very start. I don't know what kind of company expects to succeed when they constantly tell their customers that they are expensive and don't seem to bother about gaining new custom, especially those paying cash. Fortunately for me I had an appointment booked later that day with Hammonds, who were professional. They digitally designed my custom wardrobes for me and didn't once mention price until the end. I paid cash on the spot, and I'm looking forward to my new wardrobes being installed later this month. Stay away from bettaliving they are the worst customer service I have ever received and apparently my money is not good enough for them, which is probably a blessing in disguise as I could see the whole process with them being a disaster.

We had paid £6,800 deposit (install and furniture deposit) towards our kitchen with bettaliving when we found out they had gone into administration with a further £3,700 left to pay. When we were finally contacted by 'wefitanyfurniture' last week I was gobsmacked to be told that in order to receive the kitchen I would have to pay ANOTHER £3,500 on top of what I have paid and on top of the outstanding sum! Is this even legal. Options - accept my loss of £6,800 and walk away grumbling or pay yet more thousands of £££ into the wishing well and pray I get a kitchen on the back of it....neither option is even remotely palatable ????

I spent days with a new designer coming up with hopefully my dream kitchen but I ended up doing most of the design myself, was asked to pay a deposit and I paid by debit card I had precisely planned the work to coincide with building work so that I wouldn't be withought a kitchen too long as we have had all our back knocked doing to make a really big kitchen/lounge when Stewart the surveyor cane out we realised my planner had put a vented dryer on a party wall which I told him st the time couldn't do, so we had to go back to the drawing board and replan it all I was then passed to Jo who came up with new design and I was assured it would be fitted for Christmas luckily for me our initial finance contract had been cancelled and I was on my way to sign the new one for 17,000.00 when I found out they had gone into administration. They have been nailing me to arrange for Stewart to come back out and sign the new paperwork I was about to mail them back now and just did a search on them to find all these reviews on im so glad I did I have now mailed them to tell them to stick it where the sun don't shine luckily I only paid a very small deposit and feel for all the people that have lost so much ive told them this Noel dean ought to be ashamed of himself

We have paid out £2100 (by cheque), as most, we were conned stating cheque was the only payment method. We did have an outstanding balance to pay and have been contacted by We Fit Any Furniture (same director as Betta living) stating they can honour the order but at an additional £500 on top of the outstanding balance. We thought about doing this and paying by credit card (which they state is acceptable). I have since spoke with our bank who state we would only get money back if there was paperwork to confirm what the payment was for, hence a copy of the order on We Fit paperwork, so that the bank could start their investigation. We have had nothing in writing from the "New Company" and I dare say we won't be getting any. What to do???? Well I think we may be better standing to a loss of £2100 than paying the balance which, including the extra £500 is nearly another £2000, hence a potential loss of nearly £4000. If we were to lose that too it would be devastating. Never again will we be conned into paying anyone by cheque without receiving the goods first.

I had a kitchen fitted with back in August last year not even six month most of the handle came off, I cannot customer services even work letters and I am still waiting. In the meantime even now the handle are all falling off the cupboard. For the amount money I paid I expected better after services. I would not recommend your company to anyone especially with the outcome that I had from you. Ms Emanuel

Does anyone know how you stand with the finance agreement? Our kitchen was due to be delivered when the company went into administration. The full cost had been paid by shawbrook.

Earlier today I put a review on here about the fact I have been misled about buying bedroom furniture and the company has now gone into administration. This afternoon I have filed a complaint with the action fraud squad and am advising any of you who have lost money in this disaster to contact your local action fraud squad too.

My kitchen fitting started at the end of November 2014, two years on it is still not complete, can anyone advise who supplied Bettaliving with their cabinets? I think all I can do is pay for them again, I need 5 doors. Next are being nice but don't seem to be doing anything to support their customers, this is particularly disappointing when the brochure I bought from had "Next kitchens" across the front, surely they should be taking some responsibility for this? The most expensive/stressful mistake I have ever made,

We paid a deposit to betta living 20 hours before administration. Luckily for us we have now got it back as we are covered by the bank as we took out the finance options. However, before anyone should consider purchasing from the 'new betta living'. Just have a look at companies house and see how many companies Noel Dean has set up over the years. They all have very similar names. Serial offender at running a company into the ground, setting up a new company and then only buying the order book. If you go anywhere near them just make sure you pay by credit card or take out finance. If not you will have no cover.

Every thing paid £1482 deposit because the designer couldn't accept cheques big mistake this was three days before going into administration , then the cheque was cashed the day before going bust .As pensioners in our eighties it's money we can ill afford to lose . Now the same man can start up another company the next day as he no shame . We should all get together and put in on watchdog to let everyone know . They don't answer the phone and the administrators don't reply to any emails
