“The delivery was on time and the guys were very pleasant. The first rang the day before he was due to ask if he could come at 7.45 and we said he could. Sure enough he arrived at that time. He worked hard throughout the day and almost completed in one day. He again arrived early the following morning and soon completed the whole job to a really high standard! Very pleased!”

“The design team from hedge end came out, designed the kitchen, it was fitted by his company, we have been left with handle holes in doors, we had ordered a basket cupboard, that never arrived, when it was requested, the cupboard unit was sent, no baskets - and the wrong size false door - we have requested someone contacts us, we have even shown them photos and no one is dealing with our problem”

“B326297 We had bedroom wardrobes fitted on Friday.Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Designer, surveyor and fitter John were all superb. John the fitter was fantastic arrived early and finished bang on the time he said he would. Very professional clean worker with an excellent finish. Would definately recommend them again. Thanks again :-)”

“Shocking sales technique by back room staff designer that came to our home was lovely did what we wanted and we could not have asked for more we was given a quote was happy with quote but wanted to check a few other companies out we would have beought the design that terry did if it was not for a lady constantly calling us back and hounding us to make a design i cant praise terry the designer enough but the sales tactics that whoever the women was put us right off this company people need space to think”

“Booked to come view our room that needs doing, hubby took day off and bettaliving consultant didn't turn up! Upon contacting why told 1 number was wrong so blamed us! Yet contacted us to book appointment on number they got wrong lol plus had our home number right joke of a company. Still no phone call from local branch of an apology for not turning up! Shame really we have a 6 bedroom property, office, lounge plus kitchen will need furniture could have made a fortune out of us. Most certainly won't be recommending this company at all even tho they replied to hubby's email enquiry within an hour......yet don't turn up for appointment!”

“B77700 job no. Tremendous professionally fitted bedroom with minimum mess John the fitter was a genuine guy who was punctual he tydied up as he worked only stopping for his dinner a true professional guy who I was pleased to meet and would always request him again and would have no hesitation in recommending betta living to others cheers Colin .”

“I had a new kitchen. Kitchen designer was brilliant, Surveyor - ok. Then the process leading up to kitchen being fitted was very stressful as I could not get the answer I required with regard to the electrical information. Email responses not very helpful. I was about to say stuff the kitchen I want a full refund. However the fitters Joe and Joe where absolute brilliant and very amiable, and did an excellent job.”

“We are pleased with the quality of the wardrobes and Chris, the fitter, did an excellent job. He was pleasant, polite and worked tirelessly to get the installation completed. He also cleaned up after himself. However, on the downside, I think Betta Living need to streamline the way they interface with the customer. My contract was with the company and I therefore found it strange to be having to pay individuals for their services ie the surveyor and fitter, surely as it's included in the price quoted for the work the company should pay them and the customer pays the total bill to Betta Living!”

“First of all, I would like to comment on the professionalism of the fitters Ken and Tommy. They were very fast, clean and educated. It is clear that they have a long experience and in my view they are highly recommendable. I hope to have the opportunity to choose them if any further wardrobe is to be fitted. We are very happy how the bedrooms were fitted. The quality of the materials seems very good even and they look strong. Time will tell if they last long but anyway we have guarantee. I think we got what we pay for and the service provided overall was outstanding.”

“We waited weeks for a quote. Paid in advance for promised work. Nick promised to finish work, 4 weeks later told us he did not want to do it. Unenthusiastic, he returned our money, after requesting it, but had wasted six weeks of our time. Forget it.”

“Ken and Tommy, the fitters,were great. They covered the hall and stairs and kept everywhere clean and tidy. The bedroom looks great and when they had finished they even polished inside and outside of the wardrobes etc, vacuumed and left everywhere tidy and ready for me to put our clothes straight in. This is the third bedroom we have had fitted by Betta Living and would highly recommend them.”

“We recently bought a kitchen from Betta Living and the service they provided was fantastic! From choosing the kitchen in the showroom, to having it installed in the house, everyone who we dealt with was extremely professional, helpful. A special thank you goes to Chris Hughes, the fitter, who was brilliant; very polite, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that it was fitted perfectly! Nothing we asked was too much for him and his conscientious attitude meant that the kitchen installation was done efficently and too a really high standard - one that we are extremely pleased with! Many thanks to you all and we would definitely recommend your company.”

“Betta Living were great from start to finish. We visited the showroom and they arranged to come out, measure up and give us a quote the same day! We felt that we got a good price and so ordered straight away. Once we had ordered the delivery and fitting of the kitchen was arranged at our convenience. The kitchen fitter Chris Hughes was excellent. He never stopped in the five days he was here and worked continuously each day to get the job finished. The work carried out by Chris is to an excellent standard and his attention to detail is second to none. I have kept his number and would definitely have him back to do further work in our house in the future. Top guy and top job and I wifi recommend him and Betta to anyone planning some home renovations! Very happy!”
