“Fantastic from start to finish. The showroom was inspiring, the staff were helpful, the designers and surveyors were all lovely to have around. I was having a new bedroom put in and both me and my partner could not find a fault with them. I would definitely advise using them! My experience was with the Longwell Green branch in Bristol.”

“Customer Mr&Mrs Spence contract number B62851 Had new bedroom furniture fitted by Betta living , and very happy from the start to the end of the job , we felt well looked after through the whole process. The fitting of the furniture only took Gary (the fitter) 2 days how was very good and friendly . Would definitely use again .”

“Super sales staff and showroom with no pressure.Promp measuring service for quote and selection of goods to be ordered.Prompt delivery and lots of communication.Excelent fitter.Couldnt be happier with goods a classy looking product My sister was impressed with the company 20 years ago and they are still good now.Thanks”

“We were delighted with the service provided by our fitter Chris. As I was inexpextedly taken to hospital my wife had to deal with Chris and the day to day decisions, which always crop up jobs of this kind. She found Chris polite and understanding and together they resolved any problems amicably. I have two observations to make, one a design point and one a service issue. 1. We chose the particular design of wardrobe because there were no cracks, cranies or ledges to catch the dust. Unfortunately the dado rail that runs along the top of the doors is not,a flat topped rail but a channel. The perfect dust collector. 2. I was,very surprised and disappointed when I went out to the garage, on my return from hospital, to find all the offcuts and a 2.9 piece of dado rail plus a 2.9m X .4m and 2.9m X .25m planks together with the cardboard packaging. I am now faced with finding a way to get this lot to the tip. So in my opinion, a good job spoiled at the final hurdle. Regards David Simpson.”

“Extremely pleased with the fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms. Designer came up with good ideas to suit the rooms and to compliment the furniture I wanted to keep. The process went very smoothly from start to finish. I would highly recommend.”

“Very friendly service from start to finish. Time keeping was excellent so was the fitting and the finish. The fitters Dean and Glen were very competent at the same time very friendly. Thank you. Salim”

“Excellent value, the only criticism I have is that I feel all the drawers should be soft closing. However only a minor detail against the overall product which in every other way was excellent.”

“We had our new fitted wardrobes recently fitted and they are fantastic! Great quality and the fitter Lee Jones did a superb job putting them in. Would highly recommend Betta Living to others!”

“The quality of Betta Living's bedroom furniture is excellent and we are absolutely thrilled with the fitted wardrobes and final design of the bedroom. Every stage and every individual concerned with the bedroom has been professional. However, the actual fitter Dean Lang has been amazing in his perfectionism and care whilst working in our home. His attention to detail and ability on the job have been second to none. I would recommend both Betta Living and Dean Lang to anyone. No one working in our home has ever brought a hoover to clean after he had finished - but Dean did. Thank you.”

“Very impressed with Betta Living from start to finish. The design was carefully worked out to make the best use of the space and the work was completed in a timely manner. Neil the fitter did a great job and was very polite and hard working throughout. I would certainly recommend.”
