“As you will see with most of the comments below this has got to be the worst bathroom company you are ever likely to deal with!
Stay clear as far as you can, they are cowboys of the highest order.
I found that a whole pack of floor tiles were smashed after unwrapping them from the pallet. The donuts had put heavier tiles on top of the lighter ones!
But the most annoying of all and you will see from other reviews, you cannot get hold of them at customer service. No answer at all, gone walkies.

I ordered a radiator and paid for next day delivery as I needed it the next day. this morning I still hadn't received a dispatch email so I phoned them, after being on hold for 25 minutes finally spoke to somebody who was the most unhelpful person ever. had to cancel the order as I had no other option.

“I am absolutely appalled with the delivery service that I received from Betterbathrooms!! I received an email advising me that my shower door had been despatched and that I would be sent an email the evening before delivery with a 2 hour time slot and a phone call 30 minutes before delivery. The delivery man arrived without informing me with my goods on a pallet wrapped in cellophane. He refused to take it into my house and said that he could only leave it outside as it was!!! He refused to help me carry it inside. I have a bad back and on my own and had no means of bringing the shower door inside. I would also have had the hassle of getting rid of the pallet and the cellophane. I had no choice but to send it back as I was unable to take it into my house. It’s an absolute disgraceful service and I just hope that my refund will not cause me too much hassle!! What is the point in selling people goods if they cannot get it into the house? I will never ever buy anything from Betterbathrooms again!!”
“We ordered a basin and toilet vanity unit a week ago, we received an email from you saying item is unavailable and you will get in touch via phone call to either send out a suitable replacement or if we wish a full refund, we have had no word back from you we have tried on many occasions to ring the help Line numbers but this has proved none satisfactory can you please contact me on the number I have given you earlier today thank you”

If you buy anything off these and have issues with the purchase,forget going to their so called customer services as they never answer...their sales lines however are answered almost before they ring...strange as they are probably all sat in the same office!
I now know they went bust but god knows how they have managed to start trading again.

“This company has gone down hill since it sadly went into administration, and was bought out. I have tried to contact them for information about the seat, on the toilet that I purchased in 2015. No email address where you can attach pictures, and customer services never answer. They are happy for you to phone a 13p a minute number, no chance!!”
“Quality of what I did receive was ok. However, they sent me the wrong toilet. Nightmare to get replaced in fact 6 weeks on and it is still not sorted. Spent hours on the phone, currently sitting waiting to get through as yet another failed delivery after assuring me it would be with us on Saturday. I really wouldn't bother using them its just not worth the hassle!!! Not impressed, customer service is disgusting!”

I only ordered a toilet and cistern thank god ...first it didnt come on the day specified and paid extra for...second their customer services dont exist...third the delivery came a week late...on a pallett marked 500kg !!! A bog weighing that ffs ...now im stuck with the pallett...fourth no cistern turned up with the sh it ter so i had to go buy one... fifth...forget it no point going on just DO NOT BUY FROM THESE cowboys”

“Cancelled order 5 days ago but they still delivered. I now have a roll top bath in my front garden in full view of the whole world. Driver refused to return the bath to the company, so if its stolen while they leisurely collect, who pays?

“40 minutes on hold to customer services trying to get a replacement part. Still hadn't picked up call at this stage. I've had to hang up and now just found out that they will have charged me 55p per minute and still have no resolution. Not happy !!”

I paid £600 in cash for bathroom items in February. Delivery didn’t come at all. I contacted and emailed them after they went bust. Received an email from the administrators saying I can’t get my money back. I don’t need the items now as I have had my bathroom done. Can anyone please help or advise? I don’t know what to do?”
