less then one star. I joined. did the 7 days. cancelled deleted the app. got charged again. figured i did something wrong. cancelled. then got charged again. Havent used the app in 6 months. nothing but the run around about being refunded. Save yourself the trouble. nothing but a scam

I had installed BetterMe a couple of years back and had received excellent customer services. After a year's gap, I reinstalled BetterMe and felt excited to restart my fitness journey. I chose BetterMe because of several reasons. Their packages are affordable, I love the background music, the instructions are easy to follow and last but not the least, their Customer Services is fantastic! They respond to my queries and are patient to explain and guide me through the process. The last reason is one of THE most motivating ones for me to not choose or even think about any other app. I look forward to using the app and I wish the team of BetterMe all the very best. I don't know how I managed to bungle this order, but I certainly did. The city on the shipping was wrong, and there was a quirk that the only ordering option was pink, and I am not a pink girl. Both times, I reached out to support for assistance, and they were beyond amazing and sweet. I have not received my box yet, and I was informed that the socks were back-ordered. I do appreciate that instead of holding back all the items, they are sending the main box and ship the socks when they arrive, so I am not waiting around for the entire order. I am optimistic about this workout!

I’m so happy with better me I do my workout every 5 am but lately im injured that I have to cancel them and They response right away with no hustle .. soon I’m ok I’ll get back to them..

BetterMe is a wonderful app, easy to use and workouts for really anybody at any stage. I found I need to really go to a gym so I needed to cancel and they responded very quickly and canceled me without any question, so very professional and responsive. If I can have that discipline at home, I will rejoin with them.
