I unfortunately ended up on crutches and awaited surgery for 3 months, end of January 2025. I reached out asking if they could please help me as I had not been able to use my subscription and they showed me grace and asked I cancel and reach out after recovery and they will help get me some time back. Appreciate they were understanding and willing to help in my crappy situation while I wait to get my hip replacement.

I was amazed at how easy this app is to use. Every morning, I just open the app and hit the next day of exercise exercises. At the end of each day of exercise exercises, you can rate whether the exercises were too easy, too hard or just right. It also allows you to track other aspects of your daily health, water, intake, food, etc. although I’m not using them. I’ve struggled in my life to stick with the exercise routine, but these are fun, easy, the background music is great, but it’s also customizable. I don’t have to go to the gym, and in just a week I’m already feeling stronger and happier. It feels good to make progress! Their customer service is a little slow to respond, but luckily I haven’t had any urgent issues. I’m trying it for two months and so far I really like it.

I am loving the rhythm I have gotten into using the BetterMe app. My daily routine is quite hectic with a full time Sales position, three children at home, and one being an infant. I'm usually doing the workout around 7-8pm at night, and this still works with my energy levels post dinner. I feel stronger in my core, hips, and back which is where I was having the most issues with daily pain. I would highly recommend this App to anyone who is looking to strengthen their bodies at their convenience.

I opened expecting to be able to use it but lately I’m just super busy so I got a great deal to start then I got charged a subscription and wanted a refund because I never used the app and I was able to get a complete refund and no issues.

i requested a refund for a service I inadvertently clicked on, totally my mistake . I emailed BetterMe to explain and on a matter of hours the matter had been resolved nd a refund given. Excellent communication and service.
