I would give zero stars if I could as well. I ordered a plan for chair yoga, but did not get what I purchased. Right after I put in my card information a box popped up saying: There is a billing problem with a family member’s previous purchase. Ask the family organizer to Update their billing information, and a box for me to click “Okay”. I did not. This is before they would let me download the exercise plan. I consider it a scam. I have requested my money back. I would not recommend Better Me. To me, it is a scam. This was a exercise plan that you get on your phone.

I would give zero stars if I could. I cancelled subscription long before the free trial was over but noticed that they charged me for the monthly subscription of $50!!! I requested a refund only for them to say my request for a refund was not accepted. SCAMMERS! I will be disputing your charge through my bank!

I purchased the 12 week program Canceled after trying to do first workout which was full of app glitches Not very convenient to wait 10 min before each 10 sec or 30 sec workout Canceling is easy Getting a refund is much more difficult Don’t know if I will get money back Hope this helps Just to be clear I have given 2 bad reviews ever in my life This is the second bad review There is a reason

Didn’t get the program, didn’t get get a response and DIDN'T GET MY MONEY BACK….. In fact I’m still trying to cancel the $49.99 per month subscription without having to cancel the Card. This is all Dodgy!!!!!!!

Completely ripped off by the zero warning notification before being stung for the full renewal amount. This reliance on people happily trialing something and failing to examine the minute details of small print before being caught in this process is appalling. So heed my comments if you wish to trial their services make sure you are fully clued up.

One thing that was nice about better me app was the coach but that wasn’t enough to keep me past the 1 month free trial. I also ordered the BetterMe Band and it never turned on. My advice is to invest in a Fitbit as they have a similar app and Fitbit include a 6 month free subscription for Premium features with ALL types of exercises, guided meditations, and more! Don’t make my mistake, go buy the Fitbit instead and get more bang for your buck.

Paid to download one particular somatic exercises program then automatically got stung with a recurring fee 8 weeks later. No notice a day or two beforehand like any decent company would do to say I was automatically going to be charged $79.99, just taken straight out of my account. When queried the unforeseen charge, I was told it was part of what I "signed up" for. Clearly in the fine print as I wasn't aware I was going to get a recurring charge. I was then offered a discounted rate to stay with them - why would I want that given I've not used them AT ALL apart from downloading one set of exercises. Completely disgusted with how they've operated and their reluctance to credit my account. Not impressed.

Stay away from this company. I placed an order and tried to return the band because I was not happy with it. It took them 2 week to get back to me, and then they offered me only 50 percent for a return for a brand new item, even though their website states refunds available within 30 days. Read the reviews before signing up!!!!

I signed up for BetterMe last February. I was unable to login. I contacted their customer service and no one responded for months! I contacted them multiple times. When they finally did respond, they apologized and said someone would be getting in touch shortly. Another month went by with no response. It took 10 months to resolve the issue. When I asked if they could extend my one year contract, since I only get to use it for 2 months, they said NO! I am absolutely appalled with this company. I have nothing good to report. They have brought me nothing but frustration. Zero stars.

I paid for a weeks trial and they took 37:00 from my account stating you have to cancel the rental, they then barter offering you half back. Nothing short of theft. Don't use this app

I never ever signed up for a subscription. I have just found out I have been charged 37.19 for the past 9 months.... absolutely disgusting. Never even logged into the app only tonight to cancel the subscription. I sincerely hope I an refunded.

After a day of trying the app, I can easily tell it's something you can do just by watching YouTube for free. So I then messaged the company to cancel and refund, and after a series of back-and-forth email, them trying to convince me to stay ended up it's non-refundable. It's a shame, because I haven't really utilized the service, not one single bit of the programme. So yes, just make sure you know it's nonrefundable.

I went through all the steps, body type, age,weight and goals. I decided to take the 12 weeks for .30 a day or $25.99. I noticed they were pushing PayPal but, due to a horrible experience recently with PayPal l, I chose to use my Wells Fargo debit card. After I entered my card, it said my institution had declined it. I called WF and was told there were THREE $25.99 charges made! What they're NOT saying is the true charge is is $25.99 PER MONTH, Not what they show!

I recently had a challenging experience with BetterMe App that I feel is important to share. While the app itself offers a range of features that could be beneficial for health and fitness enthusiasts, my interaction with their customer service over a subscription cancellation and refund issue was less than satisfactory. Initially, I found the app promising, but due to personal reasons, I decided to cancel my subscription. I followed the cancellation procedures as instructed by the app. However, I was surprised to find that my subscription was still active and was auto-renewed without my consent. Upon contacting customer support, the responses were slow, and it took multiple attempts to get a clear explanation. The support team, while polite, adhered strictly to their Terms and Conditions, citing non-refundability under Paragraph 6.8, despite the apparent cancellation on my end. This response was both frustrating and disappointing, as it seemed to overlook the possibility of a system error or miscommunication. While I understand the importance of Terms and Conditions, the lack of flexibility and understanding in customer service in situations where the customer has made a reasonable effort to comply with the cancellation process is concerning. It undermines the overall user experience. In conclusion, while BetterMe may offer a good product, my experience with their customer service over this particular issue has left a negative impression. I advise potential users to be very cautious about the subscription terms and to be prepared for potential challenges should you need to cancel your service.

Did not authorise a membership however auto debit payments were taken. When a refund was requested they failed to respond authentically, and just kept trying to offer better deals. Ended up having to submit a dispute with my financial institution.

READ THE REVIEWS!!!! They are a scam and a cheat and take money out of your account that they say they don’t see on your end. I am fighting with them now to get my money back and they are saying they don’t see any fees charged but my BANK does! I definitely am going to dispute with my bank!
