i requested a refund for a service I inadvertently clicked on, totally my mistake . I emailed BetterMe to explain and on a matter of hours the matter had been resolved nd a refund given. Excellent communication and service.

It was great working out with Better Me. unfortunately , Thanksgiving dinner, pies, desserts threw my routine off schedule. Hopefully I can continue the chair work outs even though I canceled my subscription.

I had an issue with getting a refund, an error on my part, and they ended up working with me so I wasn't completely out of my refund. I enjoyed most of the exercises but due to my physical problems I was not able to continue. I would definitely recommend these exercises though!!!

Hi everyone! A quick shoutout to BetterMe here. The value I have received compared to other similar apps in the marketplace is far superior. The apps is extremely user-friendly and very easy to follow the custom exercise plans under a minimalistic pricing plan. I am very happy with my investment here. Keep it up guys!

I paid for a months plan not realizing I was signing up for a monthly subscription. When £37 was taken from my bank account I contacted BetterMe asking why? Robin answered my email explaining why, then said my money had been credited to my account and my subscription cancelled. I can't fault the company for its promo reply to my email and for returning my money. I haven't tried the work out yet so can't comment on it. To be honest I forgot I had bought it.

First of all what a great team they have. As a new user I was locked out of the app and forgot password didn’t help as it said can’t locate your email. When I shows my subscription to the team within 24hours they created a new profile and boom!! Back at it mate! Cheers keep up the good work… 🤜🤛
