I needed to cancel my subscription and could not find the subscriptions on my iPhone. The CS rep offered to tell me how to cancel on the app, why I was charged twice in one month and offered me a credit immediately.

I was recently injured requiring surgery and have not been able to start the program/plan I ordered. I contacted customer service and they very very understanding and offered to suspend my account. I look forward to getting back on in the future once healed!

Unfortunately, the application did not suit me, it did not work for me, so I canceled the subscription. Despite this, the fee was deducted from my bank account, but after a few email exchanges, the amount was refunded. I really thank the customer service team for their kindness and understanding!

Ich hatte ein Problem mit der Stornierung des Probeabos; über die angegebene Support-e-mailadresse wurde mir sofort geholfen; so hoffe ich😊. Mir wurde zugesichert, dass das Abo storniert ist und auch, dass nach Ablauf des Probeabos keine Forderungen gestellt werden. Sehr schneller Service.
