I paid for a months plan not realizing I was signing up for a monthly subscription. When £37 was taken from my bank account I contacted BetterMe asking why? Robin answered my email explaining why, then said my money had been credited to my account and my subscription cancelled. I can't fault the company for its promo reply to my email and for returning my money. I haven't tried the work out yet so can't comment on it. To be honest I forgot I had bought it.

I like the app. I didn't know it would be that expensive I'm on a fixed income and would one day hope to be able to afford the full plan. The BM app is very informative and is a great inspiration and motivator.

J'avais besoin d'être sûre que l'abonnement ne serait pas renouvelé automatiquement. On dirait que ma demande a bien été prise en compte et que plus rien ne me sera prélevé par cette Société Je prends cette précaution car plusieurs entreprises font des renouvellement automatiques présentés TRES TRES discrètement lors de l'abonnement initial et on se retrouve avec des frais impossibles à annuler . Merci donc

“After putting a total of $343,000 into a binary option platform for several weeks i tried to make some withdrawals to my bank but the withdrawal wasn’t successful, i quickly contact the platform costumer care via email and phone number they provided in their contact info but didn’t get a response from them that was when everything started looking weird. Problems cancelling the service, it's neither easy or straightforward. Customer Setvice staff were helpful in sorting this however, here's hoping they will not take a renewal subscription out on a few months.
