Great customer service & super helpful! I wanted to try a different plan and they helped me switch to the wall pilates plan while still keeping my same info and not starting over.

Thank you for canceling my next months payment. I pd for the first 28 days but I hope you re Not charging me the amount on the bottom of this page. I gave plenty of time to cancel. I loved the video but pulled a hamstring first couple days.

Es una herramienta que te ayuda moral y físicamente en tu propósito para bajar de peso a mi si me ha sido muy útil pues yo tengo una vida muy sedentaria y al día de hoy después de casi 2 semana he bajado 3 kilos 👍🏽

The absolute worst customer service ever. I couldn’t see my account in their website because apparently I hadn’t registered properly but of course $60 a month had no problem being deducted from my credit card. No phone number to contact directly, have to wait days to hear back then no help in the end. I really DON’T recommend. I do recommend Noom, better in every way.

I totally recommend it! I pay for an program for a month and forget to unsubscribe. But better me was very quick replying my mail and was very understanding. In a future I will get back to them for sure! Thanks 😊👍

After I ordered the subscription I determined it was something I probably couldn’t do (I’m 84). When I asked to cancel my subscription and asked for a refund, they immediately complied. The cancelled the membership and sent my refund. Very quickly too. I was very impressed

I tried this app and had used it for a while. I find it was useful, however when life gets in the way I find I no longer used it. I had forgot to disable the 'auto renewal' and when I got notice that my credit card was charged for the renewal I immediately contacted them via email to get a refund. I was refunded on the very next business day without any questions or 'guilty driven' convincing that I should keep the program. Will definitely use it again, when time permits.

Idős nő vagyok, jelentős túlsúllyal. Sikeresen letöltöttem a programot, ez a székjóga számomra is elvégezhető. Először gondom volt a programmal, le akartam mondani az egészet, de szerencsére kaptam olyan tanácsot az Ügyfélszolgálattól, hogy minden rendeződött. Ajándékba még hosszabbítást is kaptam. Végig csinálom akkor is, ha ez nem segít a túlsúlyomon. De bízom benne, hogy jobb lesz.

I wouldnt even give it 1 star. Absolute garbage. Waited for 3 weeks for the item that arrived defective. Nobody responded to the email and I couldnt return it. The quality was garbage. Sizing was off. Do not waste your money, I’ve seen better quality on Shein.

Didn't use the app as much as I'd have liked due to my own poor motivation but I liked it when I used t. I forgot to cancel the subscription but got refunded immediately with no hassle whatsoever. Thanks BetterMe
