el día 11/11 veo una publicidad en ig de la fundadora de esta asquerosa app. Viendo que betterme estaba en la appstore y como nunca antes había tenido problemas solo vi que tenía 4.6 estrellas y muchas descargas y procedí a instalar. Mi único error y que tras esto cambiará mi conducta como cliente. Entro a la app y me ofrecen una prueba gratuita de 3 días, teniendo que cancelar manualmente en caso de no querer continuar ya que se me dice que la renovación es mensual y automática. Acepté Luego me fui a leer los términos y condiciones y ya para mi desagrado estaba escrito algo que no se me informó de manera explicita: si quiero evitar el cargo tengo que RETIRARME 24 hrs antes del fin de la prueba. Ergo, al segundo día. Con esto fui inmediatamente a cancelar la renovación automática desde mi configuración de appstore. En fin, que por tiempo ni siquiera probé la app este primer día. El 12/11 veo mi app del banco Y HABÍA UN COBRO INDEBIDO, hecho sin mi consentimiento. Resulta que esta dichosa prueba gratuita nunca fue real. Me cobraron la suscripción mensual de manera inmediata y aquí comienzan los dolores de cabeza. Pedí reembolso y denuncie la app a apple. Ningún problema aquí, apple estuvo a la altura y en dos días me devolvieron mi dinero. Betterme por su parte solo se dedicó a ser pasivo-agresivo con sus contestaciones por correo, tratandome implicitamente de boba porque tengo que haber sido yo la que pidió pagar en vez de tener primero la prueba gratuita (xd?). Hasta me sacaron en cara sus números de seguidores rrss, los cuales son evidentemente falsos. Me bloquearon de facebook y borran comentarios en instagram Resulta que en las páginas de facebook de la app y de la fundadora está REPLETO de buenas reviews de cuentas spam. Aunque tenga mi plata no voy a parar, nadie tiene porqué pasar por un mal rato así. Con la plata no se juega

Better Me. Better Watch Out. Free Trial doesn't mean Free Trail. I stupidly thought they would notify me that the free trial was almost up and I was about to be charged. When the charge came through I contacted them the same day canceling my trial and asking for my money back. They refused but did offer another three months with a 50% return--which I refused. If I wanted to continue I wouldn't have canceled. In my opinion, the app has several downfalls, not including stretching in the warm up being one. Yes. I am capable of stretching but it doesn't change the fact that it's not part of the work out. I decided to cancel because I found I got a better workout without the app. For some people it might work beautifully but it wasn't my jam. And not getting my money back definitely wasn't my jam. The customer service was pathetic as well.

Tot acest serviciu este o excrocherie. Am crezut că planurile alimentare sunt trimise pe mail zilnic pt că nu se specifică cum se va desfășura planul. De fapt au făcut o aplicație care nu funcționează. Am dat o puzderie de mailuri la care nu am primit răspuns și i-am contactat inclusiv pe pagina de facebook pt a-mi restitui banii sau măcar să primesc planurile alimentare plătite pe email. Niciun răspuns. Din păcate, când se completează datele au o setare implicită să tragă banii automat de pe card fără să mai anunțe clientul, deci e o aplicație spam. Toate referirile la abonament și plata automată sunt anunțate după ce ai apucat să faci prima plată și e scris cu litere mici aproape insesizabile. La început se lauda că prima lună e gratuită, altă minciună. Urmează să sesizez protecția consumatorului și voi face și plângere la poliție pentru excrocherie!

Stay away from this app! They are trying to charge me for a monthly fee months after cancelling my subscription and after writing to them asking to stop doing that. Also, be aware that you will be able to open only video of 10-ish minute exercise per day, so if you feel like doing two of exercises from your month plan in one day, you won’t be able. Don’t waste your money and time with this app!

Waste of money and totally blind side you into a subscription. Offer you a trial offer for 30 days then start to withdraw $49.99 afterwards on a monthly basis. Misleading. Asked for a refund, won’t offer one. Not worth it. Zero ratings

Never received the product and have emailed with no response and emailed twice for a refund with no response. Money continues to be taken from my account. Complete scam. I would have left 0 stars if I could
