Hi, the better me app is probably really good, but from day 1, i was put off by the money grabbing, i joined the 7 day trial for 11.99 and then i go to my bank account and see $11.99 taken out then $14.99, i go into a panic and wonder what that was for,i find out its coaching, which i supposedly had signed up for that as well. I decide to unsubscribe to this app as i cant afford anymore money coming out. I just happen to be in my bank account after the 7 day trial and i see $149.00 has come out of my bank. Panic stations. I email better me and they did come back to me quickly and did a big explain and offered me half of the $149 back which i excepted, but i feel i should of had the whole amount back as i did unsubscribe the day i jointed. It is probably a great programme,but i was scared to use it, after all this money coming out.

The app is very well designed with lots of options. The special offer was very good for me, so I tried it and it was a big surprise that I also got a watch as a gift, which is very useful during my workouts. Communication with the BetterMe team is excellent, if you have any requests or questions please contact them, they are extremely helpful and respond very quickly. I would recommend anyone to give this app a try, you will be satisfied.

They have great customer service. I forgot to conceal after my first month and they worked with me to get my money back from the second charge. They were great!

This review is based solely on customer service. I ran into some issues and I was not able to use the app like I wanted. Something happened where my cancellation did not go through, and the BetterMe staff was so responsive and able to give me my refund. Even though it didn't benefit me at the time, them offering additional options for my subscription was a wonderful option.

This company is an absolute disgrace with their shady subscription scams. They hit me with a 79.99 EUR charge through some sneaky, underhanded scheme. I canceled my subscription ages ago, and it wasn’t even showing up on my phone anymore. But surprise, surprise—they’ve got a hidden one on the web! Now, I can’t even get a refund, and I haven’t used their service in forever. It’s outright robbery. Their so-called ‘customer support’ is a joke—they just keep trying to sell me more packages! How on earth is this even allowed??
