“I ordered 2 books by the same author. I received 2 of the same book. It would have cost more to send one back than I paid for it. So I reordered the one I didn’t get. I received yet another of the two books that I already had. These books were art text books and very cheap but I do not need or want three of the same book. So I’m not really impressed by the service.”

“Sadly this book was covered in dust and dirt and damaged where ever it had been stored. Can’t use it, disappointed in this. Other 22 books received were immaculate and clean. File will not up load tried all option you provide”

“I thought it would be del UPS vs USPS which made it more difficult to pick up since our local USPS (postal service) doesn't like to hold pkgs anymore and has a cut off date. But other than that, the book was good and arrived in a good timeframe.”

“I love doing business with Better World Books. The website is easy to navigate, the selection of titles is excellent, the book prices are good for my wallet, shipping is reasonably priced and the process goes without a hitch. The main reason I choose BWB, though, is their commitment to literacy and donating books for each book purchased. They are my number one choice for used books, and I also buy new titles from them. Can't recommend this company more highly!”
