“Their online store is easy to navigate and click and collect went smoothly with their friendly staff.
The quality of the sleeper earrings I purchased is not as high as my previous pair from another retailer. The catch doesn't line up/click in as smoothly and they are a bit thicker feeding through my ear hole to begin with which was uncomfortable at first. They do function though and will do for now.”

“Amazing to find a limited edition Saiko I've been hunting on your website, Absolutely no issues purchasing from your site, but the issue for me was when I went to pick it up from Penrith Plaza Bevilles.
I was interogated by two seperate staff mebers as to why I purchased the watch online, rather than coming in to purchase it through the store. I was a bit taken aback as I purchased the watch and paid via your website, is that a crime? The two women, one who said she was the manager, separately asked me why I purchased online and the nature of the questioning made me feel as though I had done somethiong wrong. The manager told me fthat the store could not honor the purchase warranty because I had paid online. This instantly sounded like BS to me, and when I latter looked at your online policy, it seems I am covered by a 14 day limited warranty. Not sure why the manager told me I wouldn't be covered. I informed both assistants that I had visited the Penrith Plaza Bevilles a week prior, and they did not have that particular Seiko on display, but I found one online. Kinda diminished the great feeling I had finding the watch on your webiste. A real pitty. Other than that unpleasantness, the website works great.”
