“I found it very annoying that you took my order & my payment when you didn’t have the item I had purchased. The correct thing to do is not to accept the order when you can’t deliver the product. “I purchased your plastic ring measuring tool and only used it twice, the numbers on the tape have already rubbed off and are so tiny, you need a magnifying glass to read it. Pretty much the numbers rubbed off in a matter of an hour. Very disappointed in your measuring tool, tossed it out and ordered a metal one elsewhere.”
