I ordered a ring set (2 piece) but only one of the rings was included. Don't know what happened to the other ring. I checked all the packaging and have returned for another set. Hopefully I will receive both.

I would put down 5 stars but im very dissapointed that the necklace I bought was nothing what it looked like on there sight and I've asked for a refund ne ahae it's not what I was looking for and I'm getting silence from them. I've emailed and there has been no sign of contacting myself. So I'll be ringing your head office and explaining the entire situation and try get my money refunded fo me because it feels like I've been scammed wich it looks like I have so far!

When I made my order it stated the item would arrive in 6-8 weeks. It took almost 12 weeks to arrive. I had to follow up my order twice before it was finally sent. I understand delays occur, but it's good customer service to advise a customer of any delays before they need to follow up on an order.

The item that I purchased was different to how it was advertised. I ordered a Stanton Made for Men 8mm Tungsten Ring. The image on the website shows a black ring and even the item description refers to it being black tungsten. When I received the item it was gun metal grey. Which was disappointing as I purposefully chose the ring for the black colouring. I did call my local Bevilles store to raise this issue and they were helpful in rectifying the issue with a possible refund or exchange for the item. However I believe the image and item description need to be updated to reflect the product appropriately.

The necklace I bought is fit for purpose. However, Neville's customer service is very poor. There is a lack of communication to the customer.
