“If you take an express postage order ship it the next day not 5 days after. The whole reason people pay express is because they need it asap. There’s no point doing it if we have to wait 5 days for you guys to get around organising it. Very big flaw in your system and a massive turn off shopping there again.”

“Normally I would rate Bevilles 5 stars. But this experience was not great. Ordered a ring in size S. received email to say there may be a small delay due to large amounts of orders. That’s fine. Received ring that I ordered in size L. Big difference from size S to L. It was a gift that didn’t fit the person. So disappointed. Returned the ring for a refund which I was given less postage. After complaining
To customer service I did receive the cost of postage refunded. I’m Hoping it was a one off bad experience. Normally I can’t fault Bevilles”

“The ring I purchased was advertised at a cheaper price on the search results than the product website so I made queries to have this rectified. Customer service referred it to marketing but after a number of days it still hadn't been amended. Customer service then created an invoice to allow me to order at the advertised price and goods were dispatched promptly however I ordered 2x rose gold rings and one of them arrived in silver and a different size to what I ordered so now I need to visit a store to return and then wait for a new one to be dispatched as they don't hold stock.”

“Not happy i had earned $70 worth of points that nobody had sent me an email about when i went to buy something they told me it had expirered with any email so i list $70 cause someone did not do there job right.
