“Staff were nice, but very chatty with eachother which I felt slowed them down and I could clearly see the new employee felt uncomfortable. They were a bit nasty/ rude when she made a mistake. I felt bad for her. As for my ear rings, the sleepers have little sharp bits that are uncomfortable and my big hoops are extremely hard to secure in- because of this they have cracked.”

“My daughter was very pleased with watch and it was in time and it came in a nice box as a present this was nice the only snag is it needs links taken out of it we are not sure were to take it”

“One of the diamond necklaces I bought was advertised as 1 Ct of diamonds but when it arrived it turned out to be 0.5 Ct.
The cardboard boxes the necklaces arrived in I think are inadequate and look tacky and cheap, for a $500 necklace I would have thought the boxes would have been better than a a cardboard box.
But the time taken from ordering to receipt was very quick.”
