Beautiful bracelet but you do false advertising! There is supposed to be diamonds even very little in this bracelet and nothing everything is plain silver!had it confirmed by a proffesional jeweler! Will not buy from you again!i paid alot for this.very disappointed!!

Staff were nice, but very chatty with eachother which I felt slowed them down and I could clearly see the new employee felt uncomfortable. They were a bit nasty/ rude when she made a mistake. I felt bad for her. As for my ear rings, the sleepers have little sharp bits that are uncomfortable and my big hoops are extremely hard to secure in- because of this they have cracked.

the whole experience was an easy thing to do. Your bed site was well set out and very easy to find what I was shopping for. When the parcel arrived it was well packed and well presented and the card and greeting for your CEO was a very nice touch. thank you. thank you for an excellent job.

My daughter was very pleased with watch and it was in time and it came in a nice box as a present this was nice the only snag is it needs links taken out of it we are not sure were to take it

I got this same watch for Christmas, 40 years ago. Unfortunately it broke that day & my parents didn't get it fixed. Soooo.... I've learnt my lesson & now I feel I'm ready to take care of a Mickey Mouse watch 😄 You guys have sincerely made me so very happy. The quality is so amazing too. Wish the anklets were larger sizes in length or had the options to come with extenders. The sleeper earrings were smaller than I expected maybe showing a picture of them in an ear to show actual size.

I’m very disappointed with my product as it doesn’t really clean, I thought that buying a Beville’s one was better than buying the cheaper ones, I would like to return and request a credit

The guy serving us told us he had my size put away at Watergardens. We drove there only to find out that there was no ring put away. He also acted like we were not worth serving because it was under $100 sale.

One of the diamond necklaces I bought was advertised as 1 Ct of diamonds but when it arrived it turned out to be 0.5 Ct. The cardboard boxes the necklaces arrived in I think are inadequate and look tacky and cheap, for a $500 necklace I would have thought the boxes would have been better than a a cardboard box. But the time taken from ordering to receipt was very quick.
