“Well, first of all I was excited to get few bargain but to my dismay the ‘sale’ item was all of the sudden not available maybe because Bevilles realised the item was not really a sale ? I dont know. Anyways it was refunded . Secondly , the minute I clicked on the item few days later ! Alas ! It was available but double the price ! Make up your mind on the sale . And it took forever to send the items .”
“The bracelet was lovely, but small for a child. I wish sizing was mentioned as I then would have chosen the larger. Buy otherwise happy with purchase.”
“I didn’t like that I had to show proof of the purchase before they could dispatch it. It just looked a bit fake and sketchy. It was a waste of time as well. I wanted it to be shipped out quickly since it was a gift but it came late! I don’t think I’ll be shopping at this place online again. I’ll just go to the physical shop:)”
“Shopping was easy, but the delivery experience the worst. It took over a week just to dispatch the product. Arrived almost after 2 weeks just because I contacted them, otherwise who knows. Very poor delivery system.”
“i went to bevilles as i had a birthday voucher and she wouldn’t let me get what i wanted cos it didn’t add up to the minimum spend of “100 dollars” but one item was 40$ and the other was 60$. pretty sure that’s 100 dollars but whatever. then i did it online and it worked straight away i was in bevilles for over an hour and my time was wasted. there was a lady there being trained but the asian lady who supposed to be the “supervisor” had no idea what she was doing it was ridiculous it’s like they just wanted to take my money. so rude. i went to click and collect my order at bevilles and i had a different lady and she was nice but this asian lady was having another issue with another customer. so i think she has a problem cos she is so rude and has no customer service skills what so ever.”

“Service was great! I initially got in contact to see if bevilles would price match a they do. They send me an offer and an invoice which I accepted and was able to proceed effortlessly without even entering the store. My only complaint is the box wasn’t bubble wrapped as the tin came damaged obviously from shipping. I will now need to go in and see if I can exchange for the same item in store.”
