“It was easy to shop online & I guessed the size ring I purchased with the knowledge that I would size it up if needed. Got rhe package & tried all 3 rings on & only one is not the right size. So will call Bevilles or go to their Watergardens branch & see about upsizing the 1 ring.”

“It had its challenges. My eternity club card wouldn't register - I had to rejoin to place my order - the customer service was really lovely but it took so much longer than I had anticipated or set aside. I'm a little disappointed with my purchase - so much smaller than I thought - a third of the size in the picture and half what I had anticipated. Pretty, but just so small.”

“The online purchase process was seamless and the communication was excellent. Overall, a positive experience.
My only criticism is the shipping packaging. The exterior of the watch package was damaged. Whilst this did not affect the watch contained within, the damage to the exterior of the box containing the watch was disappointing. The item is a gift and the damage to the packaging detracted from the overall appearance. Shipping the item in a postal envelope would yield a better outcome if the watch packaging box was better protected. The addition of a small amount of bubble wrap around the box would minimize damage and address this issue.”

“Unit and product works great, my only suggestion is on the cleaning solution for the sonic cleaner you may need to put the instructions as the bottle days to follow the instructions that came with the appliance but then the appliance book says to follow the instructions on the cleaning bottle.. had to google to find the right mix”
