Purchased a faulty belly ring. After returning for a replacement, I was told that all the belly rings were recalled. This should of been flagged when it was sent, as you could clearly see that it was faulty. Poorly handled, disappointing and a waste of time. Would not purchase jewellery from Bevilles again.

I found everything I wanted and more both in-store and online. In-store has been easy and the staff have been lovely and very helpful. Online shopping has been a breeze. Super quick delivery and everything was boxed nicely.

I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for an order, jr hasn’t been delivered yet! My husband bought it on the 30th November for my birthday and now it’s been 2 weeks and still nothing…. Would someone be able to tell me what’s going on?

First it was told to deliver withon 5 - 7 days after shipment, the delivery is still pending and keep changing dates. Expected dates are changing as it is coming from overseas not locally. Bad service, dont expect a quick service for sure

Staff at Plenty Valley Westfield are amazing! I purchased some items on line and some later in store. The packaging on line was average for a $1000 item and when I enquired at the store if I could purchase something more ‘exciting’ for my wife to open on Christmas Day they went out of their way to help. Awesome products, discounts and staff. On line packaging not so much.
