“My item arrived 5 days after I’d placed the order however the necklace was tangled at the back and it took me forever to untangle. This was very unpleasant and I wanted to return it to Bevilles.
The pendant is gorgeous but the chain itself looks very off colour so I’ll be returning it if the colour fades. It’s set in 9 carat yellow gold so shouldn’t look this dull to start with.”
