“Shopping in store can be good for being able to see the product you’re interested in.. buying online can be a worry for the customer because they are only going off a picture & description doesn’t always answer your worries.. the person I talked to via email, didn’t really seem to have that customer care, like they didn’t care if I bought the watch or not..”
