The watch that I ordered for express post on trhe 15th October which had to come from within Melbourne to Werribee qrroved today on 27th. I would have not been so upset had the watch not looked some used old 2nd hand product with scratches on the band.. the box torn from inside and over all looked such a substandard product. I ordered this as a gift and the recipient is expecting it and I am finding myself in an very uncomfortably embarrassing position where the quality of the product is so not up to the mark to be given as a formal present.”
