“Overall a good experience. It would be very helpful to have measurements of items as sometimes they have appeared larger or smaller online, which can lead to disappointment. Earring grams/weight in particular would make online shopping more likely as I simply don't buy anything beyond huggies because of the possibility of heavy earrings.”

“Great apart from the poor delivery service. I did all the work, was home but postie left a note telling me to collect from post office. Post office insisted it had been delivered. After arguing and complaining insisting eventually the post office found it! Would have been easier to buy at the shop.”
