“Recieved a watch with a flat battery.
I requested a replacement.
After returning watch, 3 days later after the tracking showed it had been returned, i had no correspondence, I had to ask what was happening with replacement.
I then received a full refund.
I wanted the watch not a refund.”

“Hi on the same day I did go into your Pacific Epping store to look for what I wanted and it was priced at $50.00. I decided to look at your online Bevilles store and found the same one at $30.00. When I went to pick up my purchase and was happy with the price of course I mentioned why it was cheaper online but the lady could not answer the question for me. Just curious as to why this is?”

“The online purchase process was seamless and the communication was excellent. Overall, a positive experience.
My only criticism is the shipping packaging. The exterior of the watch package was damaged. Whilst this did not affect the watch contained within, the damage to the exterior of the box containing the watch was disappointing. The item is a gift and the damage to the packaging detracted from the overall appearance. Shipping the item in a postal envelope would yield a better outcome if the watch packaging box was better protected. The addition of a small amount of bubble wrap around the box would minimize damage and address this issue.”

“I’m badly disappointed after you cancel my one of the order. I spent lot of time on website to make a best and cost effective purchase. But you canceled it , I really liked those necklaces. If it’s out of stock you should update the website immediately otherwise it’s really painful to accept cancelation after purchase. I will not trust your site ever again and i feel it’s your business trick I guess to attract customers”

“I paid for express post and it’s been two weeks and they only just sent me an email saying it should arrive today and it did not. Very disappointed in the service, do not take peoples money for products that you don’t have in stock. I purchased this for. Gift for an occasion and that occasion has passed over a week ago now. I had to purchase another gift instead and now I have no use for this item, just waste of time and money.”
