“The colour of the jade on the item I picked up was very different to the colour advertised online. I did click and collect and the lady at the store was sympathetic but couldn’t offer anything better. I emailed Beville’s head office and asked for someone to ring me - heard nothing back. Bracelet is quite nice, and it’s the sentiment I wanted, but poor advertising and poor customer service.”
