“Staff behavior is very rude. The sales assistant tried to charge me for a click and collect I had paid for online and I politely told her it was paid for. she was still messing about on the computer when another lady came across and told her I just needed to sign I picked it up. I signed for it then she threw the bag at me, muttered "Good day" and stormed off angrily. At no point did I deserve to be treated like this at 9.30 in the morning.
The reason I shopped online was that a gift I received for my birthday in July broke and when my daughter took it back the next day she was told they would get another one in. We were locked down for 3 months so when she finally got back to Bevilles they said it was longer than 14 days and no refund could be given, only a credit note. NO SHOPS WERE OPEN IN THAT TIME so not our fault. Disgusting service”

My husband wanted to buy those 2 pendants in Watergardens Shop and was very upset with rude sales ladies so he did not buy them. If only experience in your store was as friendly like online everything would be 5+ stars.”
