“Website said stock was available for click and collect the refunded half my order. Store (Plenty Valley) never notified me my order was ready to collect. I tried calling them for 3 days (at various times throughout the day) where they hung up as soon as they answered it twice and didn’t answer the other 15 times I tried to call. Staff in store were incredibly rude. Will not be returning”

“It was okay. She gave me a smile and good service, but when I came back within 2 hours later just to ask a question, she assume I was going to return the product, I didn't even start to talk yet, but she gave me that look. The purchased was great, but the service was appalling.”

“sent wrong watch ordered online. sales assistant at Marion store was lovely, sympathetic with my disappointment and gave refund. received email stating correct watch not able to be obtained. wouldn't trust another online purchase from bevilles.”
