“It is frustrating that, when you order online and choose store pickup, the order is cancelled and refunded without consultation if the items are not available at the chosen store. Then, if you place the same order and choose delivery, the items are delivered without a fuss. Surely you can see what is wrong with that??”

To be ready. Went to the store on Friday and the item wasn’t ready to dispatch eventhough I showed the receipts and bank slips. Adv head office haven’t cleared the item yet. I did the online payment cause I wanted to reserve the item for a fam members birthday and it was Saturday and I missed it. Collected the item later. Really dissatisfied”
