My eternity club card wouldn't register - I had to rejoin to place my order - the customer service was really lovely but it took so much longer than I had anticipated or set aside. I'm a little disappointed with my purchase - so much smaller than I thought - a third of the size in the picture and half what I had anticipated. Pretty, but just so small.”

“I ordered a bangle online and ordered a bangle in store. The bangle I order online took 2 weeks and when I opened the box the bangle looked pre loved, it was out of shape and had scuff marks over it. The bangle I ordered in store never arrived. I went to my local store and received a refund on both bangles. At this stage only one refund has landed in my account.”
