“The item was not what was illustrated online. The salesperson went to all lengths to work out what happened however there was no favorable solution given considering it was falsely advertised and I had already paid for it. I was expected to walk out with no item and no refund. At closing time she called the manager and worked out a way to refund me. Very stressful situation.”

“I found the after sales service to be belittling/ condescending. I lodged an order and received an email confirming my purchase. Following a query some weeks later, I was told my order was not complete and therefore it was on hold. Why did I receive that confirmation email? And I was angry the way my queries were answered.
