“The necklace is beautiful, but when it arrived it was not packaged properly and so I spent an hour trying to remove a knot that had formed in the chain! Maybe securing the necklace better and ensuring it is clasped before shipping is a better idea!”

“The online purchase (click and collect) was easy, and the price was great (a watch I was after for while on sale). What was disappointing was a jewellery and watch retailer not having anyone on staff who could adjust a steel watch bracelet, meaning I had to spend another $22 at a watch repair place to have the bracelet fitted for my wrist. This meant a delay in wearing the watch and additional cost. That will mean I'm likely to purchase elsewhere in the future, in stores I know can adjust watch bracelets on site.”

“Staff were nice, but very chatty with eachother which I felt slowed them down and I could clearly see the new employee felt uncomfortable. They were a bit nasty/ rude when she made a mistake. I felt bad for her. As for my ear rings, the sleepers have little sharp bits that are uncomfortable and my big hoops are extremely hard to secure in- because of this they have cracked.”

“One of the diamond necklaces I bought was advertised as 1 Ct of diamonds but when it arrived it turned out to be 0.5 Ct.
The cardboard boxes the necklaces arrived in I think are inadequate and look tacky and cheap, for a $500 necklace I would have thought the boxes would have been better than a a cardboard box.
But the time taken from ordering to receipt was very quick.”
