“Parcel packaging needs review. Parcel arrived with box totally squashed and ripped. Luckily, product was not harmed but presentation as a gift to my husband was terrible due to state of packaging and now inability to use box for watch storage.”

“The item I brought is just beautiful the internet doesn't do it justice and I was happy with the pictures but it's beautifully made which you can't appreciate online. “My item arrived 5 days after I’d placed the order however the necklace was tangled at the back and it took me forever to untangle. This was very unpleasant and I wanted to return it to Bevilles. The pendant is gorgeous but the chain itself looks very off colour so I’ll be returning it if the colour fades. It’s set in 9 carat yellow gold so shouldn’t look this dull to start with.”
