“Ordered a chain for my husband, and received an email thanking me for my purchase of a watch, with warranty attached. Then received an email saying my order was cancelled as the chain was out of stock, without any recommendation of an alternative. Very disappointed as this was a gift for a special occasion.”
“In ordered a gift for my wife birthday and it supposed to deliver within 5 days. It got delivered after 15 days but again the gift was damaged and I have to send back for change. Not sure how long this will take to deliver back”
