“Is not identical to the pictures, the outer shiny part is much thicker in reality. The actual design should be represented. On a positive note the ring is comfortable to wear.”

“Purchasing the products was fine and very easy online. Delivery on the other hand was very poor. Even though I'd asked for my order to be signed for, and you'd expect it to be signed for as it's gold, the package was just left in the mailbox. Very, very poor delivery. You should pay more attention to this if you're going to offer a delivery service”

“Disappointed with the actual size of the padlock and bracelet when they arrived - smaller than a standard padlock size and nowhere on the details of the product did it say that would be the case. Needed to have a photo on an actual arm to give proportions I think, the whole bracelet is much smaller/finer than I expected for the price.”
