I placed my order for click and collect and even received an email confirming it was click and collect. Then received an email saying it’s being posted out to me but didn’t have a house number on the street and STILL got sent out. Called customer service just to be told that whilst she can see i did click and collect something happened and it changed to delivery and it must be my fault. Failed to let me speak to the manager and told me the solution would just be to let it get sent back to the ware house because there’s no address to send it to and then wait for a refund and order again and hope it doesn’t do the same thing. Absolutely pathetic”
