“When the watch eventually arrived the box was squashed and it gave the appearance of being 2nd hand. Additionally there were no instructions on how to set the watch. Not everybody in this world are tech savvy so maybe you could consider those people and include easy to follow instructions. If it was a present I was giving to someone else I would have returned it. A nice dress watch is something to treasure but in my case the box to store it in is in bad shape and flimsy as well”
