A problem was comparing items because the product descriptions were not always consistent - sometimes headings were the same, sometimes headings left out. Unable to rate the watch because it hasn’t been delivered yet. Quite a delay - more than three weeks.

Went online and purchased a watch that was hard to find, but Bevilles had in stock, did click and collect and staff were amazing. My partner had to get licks taken out the next day and did straight away and were just lovely.

I’m really disappointed, I paid for express shipping, $12.95 but, still I have not got my parcel. I would like to get a refund on the shipping as it was not delivered as promised.

I understand there are covid restrictions however, making someone wait outside the door who is healthier (most probably healthier than the staff who are vaccinated) is discrimination and humiliating. The feeling upon click and collect made me feel like scum and unworthy and here I am regardless giving you my $300. I paid $300 to feel worthless. Not a nice feeling. I understand its been forced on you to do this to your business but its also wrong to make a healthy good being to feel this way. it's not nice and certainly unethical and deep down you know that. By the way, your staff advised me to enter your store to collect my item, and 'I', 'ME', had to mention that I am not fully vaccinated. I could have just walked straight in but I have morals and integrity and was openly honest. I also felt that your staff treated me with disgust. As if I was a disease carrier, mind you they are the ones who can spread the disease also. So thanks for the humiliation. I know it's out of your control because you're afraid, but I just wanted to let you know how it makes a human being feel. Not nice.

The earrings I bought have a problem - one of the stoppers is very loose and i'm afraid I might lose the earring.

The ear ring that I purchased - SS910085 - SS Brill CZ Circle Stud ear ring - instead of circle a stud is oval. During the lockdown too much hassle to return item.
