“I'd been looking for a diamond tennis bracelet for some time and had been looking both in store and online without finding anything I really liked. I found what I was looking for on your website.
The only problem was the item picture wasn't that good so I contacted a customer service member online and also contacted my local store to make further inquiries. Unfortunately, staff couldn't really help me. I wanted to know what grade diamonds were in the bracelet and also about the actual setting the diamonds were in.
Delivery was good, packaging was more than ample.
I didn't realise till seeing the bracelet that their were lots of little stones that went to make the setting. You couldn't see this on the website.
The overall setting is quite solid and secure, as I mainly wear white gold, it works in well.
I was weighing up to return this or not as I didn't realise how 'blingy' and sizeable the bracelet is.
But, you know what - I'm going to wear it often and enjoy doing so.”

“Normally I would rate Bevilles 5 stars. But this experience was not great. Ordered a ring in size S. received email to say there may be a small delay due to large amounts of orders. That’s fine. Received ring that I ordered in size L. Big difference from size S to L. It was a gift that didn’t fit the person. So disappointed. Returned the ring for a refund which I was given less postage. “The ring I purchased was advertised at a cheaper price on the search results than the product website so I made queries to have this rectified. Customer service referred it to marketing but after a number of days it still hadn't been amended. Customer service then created an invoice to allow me to order at the advertised price and goods were dispatched promptly however I ordered 2x rose gold rings and one of them arrived in silver and a different size to what I ordered so now I need to visit a store to return and then wait for a new one to be dispatched as they don't hold stock.”
