“3 stars is for your webpage which has a bug, you cannot select click and collect as the drop down of stores hides BEHIND the location box and its impossible to select at all.
I don't know how this passed testing, I tried on Android, pc and iPhone.
so yeah, I would pass that on to whoever does your web design.
