Not entirely happy with the purchase and delay with dispatch

The item took 10 days to be shipped out and only after I had emailed asking when it will be shipped. This was a standard item, no sizing requirements or personalisation.

I was actually quite surprised that the $219 bracelet that I purchased for my mum came in a normal post bag (I signed for it) with no padding really. The bracelet was loose in the box. I get items delivered that are very cheap that have a lot more protection.

The tennis bracelet is exactly as described with photographs portraying a quality piece of jewelry. I was somewhat disappointed with the overall customer service and the telephone chasing I had to action for both security checks and delivery issues. (bevilles had the full payment in their bank) I was shown two variants of boxes that the bracelet was to be shipped in. I took great care when ordering and selecting the presentation box The box which the bracelet arrived in was the wrong box. As this was a special gift I was most disappointed.

Had to wait a long time, but was helped out in the end, tried to discuss the online price of what I wanted and was ignored and told no only in store prices. The item was cheaper on your website than in store

I am very satisfied with my choice in purchase and the item when seeing it in person looks amazing, just a little bit frustrating regarding the shipping and postage of the item to which I had to send a follow up email regarding its whereabouts as it was not communicated. An email response back as well following my email would have been appropriate just acknowledging maybe it being misplaced or left aside and not sent. Despite this I'm happy with the item

Dissapointed as this is not hard wearing jewelry. It is something that kids would wear. When I looked at the pictures and read, the chains looked so much thicker. Oh well, I will give away as gifts. Being silver with gold coating would have expected thicker chains.

I bought a diamond bracelet for my partner and unfortunately it was little big for her hand and i came back for resize they told me 300$ for this. You shouldn’t charge your customers for any resizing if it’s your product. Really disappointed

Not that impressed really … I purchased diamond earrings for my daughter’s 21st birthday and they have arrived in a necklace box ! I contacted Bevilles and was told that is the boxes everything comes in … they are not presented very well and at a loss as to where I will find a nice earring box to put them in for her special day

The earrings are not a great quality the closure was too loose and the metal is very soft. The actual earrings are very pretty though.

I ordered a baby bracelet for my grand daughter’s 1st birthday with 6 business days for delivery plus I paid express post. Day before birthday I enquired why I hadn’t received bracelet and was advised it was out of stock on online store and would take 1-5 business days for delivery from date of purchase!?!? . They offered a refund but I wanted this for her birthday. It should have been marked out of stock the day I ordered it or at least contacted within a day or two. My postage was reimbursed and I received the bracelet a week after her birthday. Very disappointing

Hi//the buying on line was easy and deliovery was fast. However there was a problem as there were no instructions with the watch nor was there a model number which could assist your store in identifying the model and therefore they could not assist me. I would be grateful if you would email me both the model number and instructions for winding and setting the watch and any general care instructions Many thanks Jacqueline .

When you said you could not fibd the bracelet I said remove matching necklace yet you sent it. I might go to store and return. You should remove pictures of items that are not available or state not available since i like to order matching sets.
