“Shocking attitude at Colton Leeds and Kirkstall Leeds regarding collection of quality furniture. Driver did NOT phone as promised. Second time driver phoned but I was driving and missed call. When pulled over found could not return the call as it was listed as Private number. Waited 8.30. a.m. until 1pm when driver called to say would be half an hour to an hour. 1 and half hours later admin phoned to say would need to reschedule for another day !! Due to driver going to a house clearance. No apology. Will never donate to BHF again.”

“Excellent service today from BHS Bolton. Kept me up to date on collection times. When they arrived they removed quite a large amount of furniture carefully and quickly without any damage. I will definitely use them again.”
