“Great experience. I was let down by another charity collecting my furniture and the British Heart Foundation fitted me in just before Christmas. The men collecting the items were polite, efficient and everything went according to plan. I highly recommend them . Diana”

“Although the waiting time for the delivery was long I am super pleased with my purchase. I purchased a double waxed pine bed frame for £229 which was a bargain compared to the £500+ that other places wanted. Purchased to go with my sons wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, shoe rack and TV unit from Oak furniture village. Not Oak but colour is a great match. This item was new in the boxes. Delivery men absolutely lovely. Thank you very much BHF Leytonstone London.”

“We booked a collection with the Holloway Road branch and they came today to collect (as arranged) they called 30 minutes before arrival as I was told they would. The guys that came couldn't have been more helpful. They took all of the items I listed plus a few extra bits that I had forgotten to mention. Amazing service and would defo use them again.”

“Booked a collection for a specific date for two large double wardrobes and three charity bags. The date was accepted by BHF within a few days, and on the morning of the collection I received a text along with tracking details for the van driver Galin. I had had to dismantle the wardrobes slightly (separate top and bottom parts) due to the weight, and kept the screws and allen keys in a ziploc bag. One of the wardrobes was missing a handle, which BHF had stated was fine. The driver and his colleague arrived promptly at 8.40am. We'd forgotten to screw the top of a wardrobe back on, but they weren't concerned when I showed them the ziploc bags, and took the wardrobes without any issues. Pleased with the service, everything went smoothly and as hoped for!”

“I had contacted the BHF via the website, I got a call back the next day from the nearest centre in Chichester and they arranged for the collection of two sofas and a dining table which was sorted for 2 days later. The two drivers arrived on time on the appointed day of collection, they looked over the sofas and checked the fire labels and within 45 minutes they had taken everything away. Very polite and considerate and am delighted that the items have gone to support the BHF and their work.”

“The lovely man who went and found me a double mattress from the store room just fab service thank you and the lovely young lady who helped me took my money booked me a delivery slot. Whilst there was a queue she was so professional and great especially as she normally works upstairs. Excellent experience thank you”

“The BHF house clearance service is brilliant. Led by Kingsley from the Wandsworth furniture and electrical store, the two man team + Kingsley emptied our house in 7 hours and two truckloads. The two man team were on time (having called to say they were on their way), courteous, efficient and professional. But let me heap praise on Kingsley. From our very first chat when he explained how the service works, his survey visit to the house, the prompt issuance of a quote, and his personal assistance today… I could not have done this without his support, his charm, his hand holding and his hard work.”

“The British heart foundation in Nicolson street Edinburgh shop is so beautiful presented, it’s absolutely immaculate and set out like a high street store, the staff are so friendly and you always leave with something you need from the help of the staff, fab store worth going in for a look, you won’t be disappointed.”
