I got my first listing after a couple of months of joining. It was my aunt's house.\r\n\r\nSo I got on the training wagon. The training was terrible. They do not know what they are doing...and their supervisors are running around like headless chicken on a daily basis. I joined because of what I heard - training is extensive - but it is not. They never know what training they are providing that day and then they just wing it. Terrible!!! If I had known, I would not have joined BHHSNV.\r\n\r\nThe supervisors are never around and whey they are, they never have any time for you. And when you do speak with them, they don't really know the answer and again, they are just winging it. I can tell because their answers are never the same twice.\r\n\r\nI finally got an offer on my listing and the client accepted. Again, I followed Amanda Lopez instructions on a daily basis. She was copied on all email correspondence with buyer's agent. She knows what is going on my listing. Unfortunately, by the time escrow closes, my RE license has expired and had to be renewed. I was so discouraged from my training and my disappointment in BHHS culture that I decided not to pursue my RE career.\r\n\r\nGuess what? BHHSNV did not want to give me my commission!!! Not even a finder's fee!!!! I worked on my closing my listing and sold the property. They gave me the excuse that I did not follow protocol and that the documents were not complete. I followed Amanda Lopez, my training broker, day to day instructions implicitly. They did not give me 1-cent!!!! Took all of the commission money and kept it.\r\n\r\nThese people are crooks!!!
