“I had problems with 4 identical double panel radiators purchased from CheapSuites whom Big Bathrooms have taken over. I expected no sympathy when I contacted them regards the units. To my utter surprise they have replaced all 4 units, which were 4 yrs old, at no cost. No complaints here.”
